Between 16-18 June 2023, Galway Uke Fest will host over 15 events across The Latin Quarter Galway. The festival will host a mix of live performances, street spectacles, competitions and a range of workshops for all levels.

Come along to the informal launch event at 7pm on Wednesday May 17th at Busker Brownes. Join them to hear about what they have in store this year, and hear a small taste of the programme from The Galway Ukers. Hosted by Brendan Savage and special guests Jen Hesnan from Music Generation and Páraic Breathnach.

This year’s programme is filled with incredible international and local talent, with lots of fun-filled events. They are delighted the festival has continued to grow in popularity and hope the festival inspires you to pick up an instrument and make new friends along the way.

As part of their ongoing commitment to empowering the broadest possible audience to engage with the festival, they are continuing a programme of free events throughout the festival which include the Ukulele Ceilidh, The Golden Uke Competition and their famous Flash Mob. Their larger concerts will take place at An Taibhearc and they’ll have daily pop up events with some of the most talented artists.
