Galway Arts Centre ‘UnWorlding’ Exhibition Launch Afterparty!

Join Galway Arts Centre for this very special exhibition after party at their neighbours, Club Áras na nGael, with sets from Cáit and Lolz!

Admission via Galway Arts Centre. 8pm – late. RSVP is essential.

As a previous resident of Radiant Love in Berlin & co-founder of Dip, a diy party, in her native Dublin, Cáit is a well established name amongst some of the most acclaimed parties across Ireland and Europe. From Jigsaw to Sherkin Island to Cocktail D’Amore, De School and regular appearances at Adonis, Cáit is one of the most exciting and engaging selectors gracing our dancefloors.

The high energy she brings to the decks translates onto dancefloors big and small. Her selections are sentimental, while always forward thinking; blurring the lines between past and present in thrilling ways. With a penchant for the rolling, hypnotic and freaky elements found across multiple genres and eras of dance music, Cáit’s sets are highly regarded for their fun atmosphere, as well as for their sensitivity and attunement to dancers.

Described as a lynchpin of Irish electronic music, Lolz is established as one of the scene’s most in-demand DJs. Not one to be pinned down to a style or sound, her versatile sets have rocked underground dancefloors, radio stations and major outdoor events in Ireland and abroad. A seasoned promoter and events curator, Lolz has showcased local, international, upcoming and established artists in her home city of Galway and beyond; while taking to the decks in her own right to support names likes CCL, Lena Willikens, Helena Hauff, and OR:LA. Behind the scenes, Lolz builds communities, she is co-founder of GASH Collective, a platform that encourages women to create, share and collaborate together in the field of electronic music in Ireland. Her latest project, Time in Body, with Eliza and Maeve O Neill, is focused on bringing the best underground producers and DJs to Ireland.
