At Slieve Aughty Centre, we focus on bringing people together to learn, create, and savour delicious food. Each class offers a hands-on experience, where you’ll explore the best of what our garden has to offer, along with other local and wild produce, followed by a shared meal to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

It’s a perfect opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and embrace the beauty of seasonal cooking.

Classes are €85 each, or book three and enjoy a discounted rate of €65 per class. We can’t wait to cook, learn, and feast with you!

First Class: Farm-to-Table Experience
Join Slieve Aughty Centre for a unique farm-to-table experience, beginning with a warm welcome drink.

Led by Esther, the gardener and cook with 40 years of experience tending to the garden, and Maura, a talented vegetarian chef, you will visit the abundant garden to harvest fresh, seasonal vegetables together.

Learn how to preserve, dry, and creatively transform these ingredients into delicious meals.

The class concludes with a shared meal, allowing all attending to savour the fruits of your labour and enjoy time together in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.
