Catharsis! is a new dance experience offered by local folk-artist The Curly Organ and a houseband featuring an ever-revolving line-up of local guest musicians. You are invited to drop into your body and explore movement under the gentle guidance of the music. All music will be entirely improvised, and styles will span from many genres including, ambient, folk, electronic, world, funk and jazz.

The one-and-a-half hour set will work towards an energetic peak, concluding with a collective stillness that we may bring into our everyday lives.
