Join McSwiggans Galway on the 4th of March for a relaxed and informative evening with the team behind the newly launched Ballina Whiskey.

From County Mayo, Ballina Whiskey has been making waves with its slow-fermented, slow-distilled single malts. On the night, their blender Stacy Longworth will host a guided tasting of the current range, including Dúbailte (double distilled, double barrel-aged) and Triarach (triple distilled, triple barrel-aged).

The evening kicks off with a house-made cocktail using Ballina Whiskey, followed by tastings of the two core releases, a distillery-exclusive whiskey, and two additional samples straight from the maturation house – not usually poured outside the distillery.

A great chance to try something new, hear the stories behind the whiskey, and enjoy a proper tasting night in the heart of Galway.
