A taste of the Connemara at Brasserie on the Corner, celebrating Galway’s finest produce with exclusive wine pairings.

The award winning Brasserie on the Corner is hosting ‘A Taste of Connemara’ a celebration of Galway’s finest produce exclusively paired with an impressive wine selection, taking place at 7pm on Wednesday 31st May.

Head chef Joe Flaherty is going back to his local Connemara roots, having created an impressive menu, using only the best West coast ingredients, from land and sea.

You’re taste buds will be blown away by the flavours on this once-off menu. Featuring four courses of the finest food, not to mention perfect wines picks to complement each dish.

The evening is being held as part of the festivities for ‘Blas na Gaillimhe \ A Taste of Galway’ highlighting Galway as food destination for the month of May with this event being tipped as the festival highlight.

All are welcome to this epicure evening (once you are over 18!) but places are limited so early booking is advised.
