Embark on a Whimsical Adventure: Kylemore Abbey Presents the Lucky Lamb Easter Trail

Kylemore Abbey invites families and visitors to immerse themselves in the historic 1,000-acre estate with the joyous Lucky Lamb Easter Trail, running from March 27th to April 7th. Nestled in the heart of Ireland's scenic Connemara region, Kylemore Abbey promises an unforgettable experience filled with fun, discovery, and the delights of springtime.

Sr. Genevieve’s Lucky Lambs have become an annual favourite in Kylemore Abbey and this year they are their Easter Trail ambassadors. Visitors to the estate will be offered a special map that will guide them from Lucky Lamb to Lucky Lamb picking up clues and enjoying the beautiful estate as they go. Everyone who completes the trail will be entered into a draw for some beautiful prizes including family passes to the estate and a hamper of goodies from Kylemore Abbey Craft & Design…including delicious treats from Sr. Genevieve’s Chocolate Kitchen.

From the youngest explorers to the young at heart, the Lucky Lamb Easter Trail promises something special for everyone. While enjoying a family day out in Kylemore Abbey visitors are encouraged to enjoy some of the other activities on the estate such as Feeding Time with Kylemore's Kune Kune pigs Ken and Perry, making a wish at the Giant’s Iron, and getting lost in the magic of the wild play area.

The more “grown up” members of the family might also enjoy the opportunity to join one of Kylemore's fascinating history talks, serene walks through the Victorian Walled Garden, a peruse in Kylemore Abbey Craft & Design to pick up a gift or a last-minute homemade Easter Egg or Lucky Lamb of your own, or a wholesome lunch in The Kylemore Kitchen.

All visitors to the estate are welcome to join the Benedictine Community in their daily Mass at 12:15pm (11:30am on Sundays) or to join in their Easter celebrations. See kylemoreabbey.com for more details and times.
