Sidekick

Located at The Dean Galway, Sidekick is a vibrant new all-day dining destination serving up wing-led comfort food, sharing plates, smash burgers and standout cocktails from lunch through to late night.

The menu takes inspiration from big American BBQ and diner flavours, with a contemporary twist and plenty of dishes designed for sharing. Expect signature chicken wings in Buffalo, Spicy BBQ and Gochujang glazes, alongside the Double Down Smash Burger, BBQ ribs, loaded brisket waffle fries, hot dogs, brisket buns, loaded fries and a selection of fresh salads. For something sweet, desserts include a chocolate and hazelnut brownie, strawberry cheesecake and pecan and honeycomb sundae.

The drinks menu is just as playful, featuring frozen cocktails such as the Frozen Hot Chick and Frosé, alongside signature serves including the Hot Honey Marg, Dirty Irish Sidecar, Uppercut Paloma and Watermelon Southside. There are also house-made non-alcoholic sodas, citrus iced teas and sharing cocktails including the Knockout Punch and After Party Iced Tea.
