Served in the elegant surroundings of the Grand Salon, guests can enjoy this limited-edition Autumn Afternoon Tea (€42), featuring delicately crafted sweet and savoury creations that showcase autumnal flavours. Menu highlights include pumpkin spice cheesecake, lavender Earl Grey opera cake, honey and fig tartlets, and maple walnut scones.

Savoury delights include smoked salmon mousse with chives along with Parma ham and mushroom duxelles. For added indulgence, guests can pair their tea with a glass of champagne (€22.50) or prosecco (€12.50).

Autumn Cocoon Spa Offer

Guests seeking relaxation can immerse themselves in the Autumn Cocoon Spa Experience (€125). The package includes one hour of thermal suite access, followed by a 60-minute treatment combining a massage, hydrating body wrap, and scalp massage. Guests can then sink into the serenity of the Relaxation Room for a further hour, completing this cocooning seasonal escape.

Seasonal additions include locally sourced Kelly Native Flat Oysters to mark the start of oyster season. Specially selected for their smooth, buttery-rich flavour, guests can enjoy these delicacies with soda bread and lemon, with Bollinger gel, or with Guinness foam showcasing the perfect balance of tradition and innovation. Comforting mains such as braised lamb shank with roasted roots, and desserts like warm apple cake and spiced pear and fig almond tart ensure an indulgent seasonal dining experience this Autumn.

The hotel’s talented mixologists celebrate autumn with a new cocktail collection inspired by seasonal flavours. Signature serves include the Orchard Fizz (€15) with Absolut Pear, apple crumble tea syrup, chocolate bitters and Cronin’s Cider, the indulgent Marron Glaçé (€15) includes a blend of Micil Irish cream, chestnut liqueur, and rum, or why not try the Amaretto Dusk (€15), Amaretto Disaronno, cranberry juice, lemon juice, blood orange syrup.
