The Kettle Boilers are a high-energy, trad-influenced folk rock band hailing from Galway. Their diverse set consists of hoof-tapping original music about topics such as; drinking creamy pints of Guinness, Seagulls falling from the sky and dogs slurping up holy water. Kettle Boilers have an ever changing roster of instrumentation with the usual rock band setup of guitar bass and drums with Irish Tenor banjo, fiddle, Shruti Box, acoustic guitar, whistle and keys. The essence of Kettle Boilers is their 6 part vocals, drones, throat singing, lilting and constant on-stage craic.
