Burgos

While it’s still only a newbie in town, Burgos is already making waves in the Oranmore food scene. Open early each morning serving all the breakfast necessities including their homemade cinnamon buns and the cure-all - the breakfast burger. Burgos have also recently launched their evening menu which is packed with loads of great tasting dishes, such as their large variety of burgers, salads, double fried chicken wings and more!

Basilico

If fresh, homemade and organic Italian food with a full bar menu and fantastic ambiance sounds good to you; you simply need to book yourself in for a meal at the authentic Italian restaurant, Basilico. Everything they offer has been prepared with their guests in mind making for a lovely experience. Their stone-baked pizzas and authentic Italian breads are hard to beat for both taste and price and it's prepared fresh every day in-house. Roots Café & Bistro

This popular café has spread its roots all the way to Oranmore - a new location but with all the same fantastic flavours that you've come to know from Roots Café and Bistro! They specialise in good times and good food, with a menu consisting of everything from light fluffy crepes, crispy pizza to delicious pastas and a great selection of wines and beers, and amazing coffee.

Glynn's Bar

Oranmore Castle

Dating back to around the 15th century, Oranmore Castle was originally a stronghold of a prominent Norman family of Galway. The castle played a pivotal part in the defence of Galway during the Confederate Rebellion in the 1640s. Nowadays, the castle is an enchanting, welcoming paradise of art, music and history.
