Yoga for all levels at Wildlands
Wildlands Yoga with Aoife Kavanagh is back! These dynamic classes promote mental stability and concentration. In order to build stamina, strength and flexibility.
Yoga will be a warming 50 minute vinyasa flow class that builds strength, balance and function. Expect a challenging fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, mindful movement and yogic breath techniques before finishing with a gentle guided relaxation – Shavasana.
Please note: Spaces are limited, so early booking is advised.
Please remember to bring your own mat (Covid requirement).
