Wild West Ferments is a workshop geared towards anyone who would like to introduce probiotic rich foods into their life. Discover what to do with milk kefir, water kefir, beet kvass, sauerkraut, fermented dilly carrots, apple vinegar, & a quick look at sourdough! Research shows that fermented foods are rich in nutrients that are easily absorbed by the body, influence our gut flora, strengthen our immune systems & may even reduce anxiety and depression!

Each participant receives their own Wild West Fermentation booklet including guides and troubleshooting tips on how to overcome the fear of fermentation. A variety of starter cultures will be provided to get you started.
