Peggy Seeger

Multi–instrumentalist, feminist and political songwriter Peggy Seeger needs little introduction.

As Ewan MacColl’s partner and muse, she was the inspiration for the classic The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face [the title of her recent memoir]. Now in her 80s, her light burns brightly as ever, with legendary live performances which can include ballads, anecdotes from her remarkable life, or songs about drugs, war, politicians and women.
