HAVVK (pronounced Hawk) are an alternative rock band based in Dublin. Fronted by Galway’s Julie Hawk and her dynamic, soaring vocal, HAVVKʼs music steers the listener from moments of immersive shoegaze to thrashing punk rock. Their live show is equal parts confrontation and celebration, tackling topics such as bodily autonomy, gender expression, and mental health, all nestled in a bedrock of layered, distorted guitars.

The band hit the road to showcase their new album Time Will Kill, self-described as ‘a reckoning’. An album that chronicles the personal pursuit to reclaim control, it’s a decisive shift in perspective from their third album, To Fall Asleep – a tumultuous rollercoaster ride of anxiety, paranoia, and the longing for reconnection.
