Little Raw Kitchen are big believers that eating good food can build better bodies and brains to help support improved alertness, better concentration, mood stability, higher energy levels throughout the day! This September, they are very excited to offer a workshop for parents (teenagers welcome) to encourage and promote good health and wellbeing through food by teaching 6 natural wholefood recipes. This class is very much about empowering parents to be more in control of the foods eaten at home but also to make teenage learners with an active interest in food very welcome. They hope this will encourage some independence to help make more informed decisions about the food we all eat.
