Murphy’s Ice Cream Real Irish Ice-Cream
Murphy’s Ice Cream have been making real Irish ice-cream from quality local ingredients for over 20 years.
They don’t use colourings, artificial flavourings or powdered milk. They’re all about the real thing and that starts with farm fresh milk and cream, free range eggs, and organic sugar. They then toast, simmer, bake, infuse and extract real ingredients to make their mouth-watering signature flavours such as Honeycomb Caramel, Irish Coffee, Brown Bread (our personal favourite), Strawberry and more. They even make their own Sea Salt from Dingle sea water!
Back in 2000, Seán and Kieran Murphy opened their first ice-cream parlour in Dingle, Co. Kerry with the goal of making the best ice cream in the world. Now, their Galway location on High Street is their fourth location nationwide and they are well on their way to achieving that goal! You’ll find Murphy’s Ice Cream in the thick of the buzz here in Galway, surrounded by buskers, tourists and locals.
