The Blue Note is Galway's true home of disco, house and dance. If you haven't boogied, shifted or completely lost the run of yourself on this dance floor then you haven't really experienced a night out in Galway! The besht of both local & International DJ's are all regulars here with the likes of The Disconauts, Moody Manc, Get Down Edits, Pontchartrain & Jimmy Mac being just a handful of the legends to have played and partied under the famous disco ball; and now so should you!!

Open ‘til late every weekend, when you’re not trying to impress your date with some serious dance skills you can be enjoying the deliciousness of Massimo’s cocktails from the safety of a bar stool. If the dancing isn’t going well, there’s always the option of serenading them via karaoke on Thursday nights. Take over the dance floor and perform your heart out! On the weekend the venue is hopping with music brought to you thanks to their late-night DJs you can boogie on til the early hours and then call round to Giovanni’s for that badly needed battered sausage to round off a terrific night.

The Quays Bar
One of the most aesthetically beautiful pubs in the city, The Quays Bar’ stained-glass windows and Gothic charm create a totally unique interior.
