Kitchen Take Over With Rachel Allen at Brasserie on the Corner!
TV Chef, Author and Journalist Rachel Allen joins the culinary team at Brasserie on the Corner for a ‘Kitchen Takeover’ at the award winning restaurant on Thursday 29th March, to celebrate the Galway Food Festival.
On the night, guests will savour an exclusive menu created by the chef who is most recognised for being at the helm of the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School. Rachel will also Meet & Greet diners on arrival, talking through her menu choices as each course is served, and sharing her cookery tips.
The dishes served will incorporate Rachel’s key cooking techniques of simple but delicious food, ideal for family and friends. Her influences are both regional and global with the BBC describing her as an “Irish cooking queen” and Good Food Magazine believe she “has put Irish cooking on the map in recent years”.
