Biteclub bring Disco to the Galway Food Festival

Biteclub will be bringing the disco vibes to the Food Festival again this year with a late bar and DJs all weekend long, a disco brunch, poitin and Gin master classes and innovative street food at the Spanish Arch market.

Go & say hi to the Biteclub gang and try their Beets by Drew Burger, Mac & Cheese and Yellow split Dahl or sip on Hibiscus & Grapefruit fizz with a live demo on Saturday at 5pm.

As part of this year’s Galway Food Festival Biteclub will be hosting a Disco Brunch in their rooftop Garden on Sunday the 1st of April from midday. If you are not already familiar with Biteclub’s now infamous Disco Brunches then you can expect a selection of delicious brunch dishes paired with exclusive disco brunch cocktails and Anthony Collins & Graham Dolan to keep you dancing through the afternoon.

They will be decking out the rooftop garden in festival style and inviting you to come and share an afternoon of great food, delicious drinks and a whole lot of dancing while the disco ball spins #allNightLong. ♥ Tickets are priced at €15 (+ booking fee) and include a lychee bellini or prosecco. In association with the local Micil Distillery, Biteclub is delighted to present a Gin and Poitín masterclass in a secret location. Are you a fan of innovative cocktails using local ingredients? This Easter weekend join in a secret speakeasy for a Gin & Poitín making demo including a history, demonstration and cocktail masterclass with Micil Poitín‘s Pádraic Ó Griallais. Tickets €10 (including a Gin or Poitin Cocktail).
